Account Executive – NY/NJ/CT

Role Description

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Account Executive to support our continued growth across the legal and corporate services sector. This fully remote role is responsible for building and managing relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with client needs.

As an Account Executive, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your understanding of entity formation, corporate compliance, UCC services, registered agent services, legalizations, and intellectual property support to provide tailored recommendations. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presentations to proposal development and closing—while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Success in this role requires strong collaboration with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service and ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, consultative in approach, and committed to helping clients navigate complex legal operational requirements with confidence.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within legal services, corporate services, compliance, or a related field
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment
    • Strong understanding of the legal or corporate services landscape (entity formation, compliance, UCC, or related areas is a plus)
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders, including attorneys and corporate legal teams
    • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and CRM proficiency
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
    • Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail

 

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with NLJ 500 law firms or large corporate legal departments
    • Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional compliance and corporate filings
    • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
    • Demonstrated ability to sell complex service offerings in a competitive market

 

 

Target Comp Package:

This position pays commission
$80K–$110K base / $160K–$225K On-Target Earnings (OTE)
