Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Service Associate. As a Client Service Associate, you’ll be the backbone of our document processing operations. Your keen eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks will ensure our clients receive timely, accurate service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tackle daily tasks with strategic thinking, ensuring timely completion of all assignments.
- Process document retrieval requests from across the country, becoming a master of multi-jurisdictional paperwork.
- Prepare and submit filings to various jurisdictions, ensuring proper processing and return of evidence.
- Act as our second line of defense, reviewing crucial documents to maintain our high standards of excellence.
- Liaise effectively with Client Service Representatives and correspondents, ensuring smooth processing and updates of requests.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience handling legal documents and secretary of state filings, highly preferred.
- Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and compile data.
- Must be very detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thoroughly follow procedures and instructions.
- Ability to multitask and effectively handle multiple time sensitive projects.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and professional demeanor and appearance.
- Must be computer literate; Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook are required.
- Preferred Education: Associate’s degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience in customer service or legal industry.
Base salary from: $45,000 + potential annual bonus
